About Us
Samuel H. Hancock (Ed.D.) the Founder and CEO of Hancock, Hancock & Associates LLC (H.H.& A.). He established the firm in 1990 and he along with his wife are the principal operators of the firm. He is an International Consultant specializing in Leadership Development, Team Building and Organizational Development. Dr. Hancock has conducted over 500 training sessions ranging from Leadership Development, Diversity, Welfare-to-Work, Stress Management to Anti-harassment, Effective Interviewing Techniques and Team Building. He has trained over 4,000 individuals throughout his career
Dr. Hancock has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a doctorate in Leadership Education & Policy Studies. He is a former member of the Toledo Society of Training and Development and is the former Assistant to the President for Institutional Diversity and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Toledo. He is a former Human Resources Manager and is a former Mayoral appointee as the Executive Director of the Board of Community Relations for the City of Toledo. He has over 40 years of experience in areas ranging from corrections, education and mental health, to E.E.O. compliance, administration and staff development.

Dr. Linda Whittington Clark-For over thirty (30) years Dr. Whittington-Clark,
Ph.D. has provided Counseling and Educational Services to Northwest Ohio.
Dr.Whittington-Clark is a local Licensed Counseling Psychologist. She earned
her B.A. from Ohio Northern University here in Ohio and her Masters and
Doctoral degrees from the University of Toledo.
