This program will help trainees to understand how our culture and worldview has an impact on our cross-cultural encounters, how we look at those who are different from us, how we can more effectively manage cross cultural encounters, how we need to take a closer look at our own values, attitudes and beliefs and help us to develop skills for more effectively addressing issues of difference in the 21st Century.

Our curriculum is designed to evaluate the leadership style of each participant, examine their strengths and weaknesses and to develop a strategy for Leadership skill development that will be effective in the workforce of today. We pride ourselves on creating an environment for real dialogue between Leaders and followers particularly on issues often seen as too sensitive to discuss. Our processes challenge participants in a non-attacking manner, therefore making it easy to discuss all viewpoints, both mainstream and non-traditional.
